| Kenny Smith is the Scottish "Regional" Secretary of the BNP who is alleged by the Daily Record to have waved a Swastika on Hitler's birthday. In February 2007, the Guardian revealed that he was national treasurer of Civil Liberty, a fundraising group which claims to be independent of any political party. He is also editor of the BNP's internal membership bulletin, British Nationalist.
