The Conservative & Unionionist spokespersons were reshuffled on 12 May 2011 following the Scottish Parliament elections.

20 th May 2010 - 12 May 2011

Annabel Goldie shuffled her frontbench team on the 20 th May 2010.
Deputy leader Murdo Fraser was given responsibility for Health, in place of Mary Scanlon who leaves the front bench.
Elizabeth Smith, previously deputy educaion spokeswoman, is promoted to spokeswoman on health.
John Lamont was appointed Justice spokesman in place of Bill Aitken who has announced he will be retiring at the next election.
Gavin Brown was appointed as advisor to the leader.
